It’s like this. People are not always going to be there for you. They may trick and deceive you. They may even want you dead. BUT. BUT. You get to make your own choice. You have permission to live. Nobody controls you unless you let them. Nobody berates you unless you allow it. If you are filled with low self-esteem, self-hatred, self-harm and disrespect for you then you will attract others who want to push you down, cause you to hate you more and cause you to turn on yourself. BUT. BUT. If you think so little of you that you allow that to happen to you then YOU ARE THE ONE WHO NEEDS HEALING. Do you hear me? No. What they are doing is wrong…but equally wrong is what you are already doing to you. You can change. You have permission to live. You have permission to love yourself.
